Location
Set in the middle of superb tropical
gardens, the village of Sainte-Luce is right next to two
beautiful beaches of fine sand. On site, there is a water park complex with
geysers, a bubble pool, water sports base, a scuba diving centre and clubs
for children over 3 years old.
Accommodation : *3 rooms 6 persons :
From 52 to 56 m² + 12 m² of loggia: 1 living room with 2 single
beds (80 or 90 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 shower room
(shower and washbasin), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 or 90 cm).
1 shower room with WC and hairdryer. 1 loggia with fully equipped kitchenette
(stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, and dishwasher). Telephone. Air conditioning
and fan. Television. Safe (at a charge). *Suite 4/6 persons.
All the studios communicate 2 x 2 via a screen or door in the appartment
corridor and via the loggias and can be transformed into suites for 4 to
6 persons.

pathway adorned with bougainvillea.

on the loggia.

- For Christmas and New Year’s weeks, different restauration prices
apply (see price grid for details). Be careful: during Christmas and New
year’s weeks, the 7-dinner card is a personal card.
- New Year’s Eve dinner at the village restaurant followed by a
dancing evening until dawn.
- For New Year, children aged from 4 to 12 years benefit from a special
formula with a “buffet” service specially reserved for them
from 7 pm to 8 pm and managed by entertainers. The nursery is open from
6.30 pm to 2 am :

Water sports centre:
Equipment rental: catamaran (hobie-cat 15 and hobie-cat wave), surf boards,
sea kayaks, jet skis. *water-sports activities at extra charge: water skiing,
skurf, wake-board (for one or several sessions). Jet ski trips (no licence
required) accompanied by a 2nd degree qualified federal monitor. Whole-day
or half-day sea scooter trips accompanied by a qualified monitor.

Eating out “ Habitation Philippeau ”:
Restaurant situated in the centre of the village, open daily for breakfast
from 6.45 am to 10 am and for dinner from 7 pm 9.45 pm (capacity of 210
seats).“ Buffet ” breakfast: pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats
and cheese, hot drinks, boiled eggs, bacon, etc.
Dinner: buffet starters, buffet of hot dishes (choice of 2 or 3 dishes),
and buffet desserts.
Different buffet each day.“ La Case Mahi-Mahi ”:
Situated on the edge of the beach, open every day from noon to 2.30 pm and
2 out of 5 evenings per weeks from 7.30 pm to 10 pm for lunch. Among many
dishes, the restaurant offers grilled meats, fish and crayfish (capacity
80 seats).“ Le Miguel Angelo ”:
Situated in the village centre, it offers take-away pizza, open 2 out of
6 evenings per weeks from 6.30 pm to 10 pm and served according to the periods
(capacity 80 seats).
