The Karibea Sainte Luce RESORT is a hotel complex
that groups the Amandiers, Amyris and Caribia hotels.
Situated on the way into the market town of Sainte Luce, it is bordered
by two naturals beaches.
25 kilometres from Lamentin/Fort de France international airport, served
by French Airlines. Regional companies serve the neighbouring islands of
Guadeloupe, Dominica, St Martin, Barbados and Ste Lucie.

The hotel complex has 300 rooms, suites and apartments distributed
over several two-storey buildings situated on 4ha of tropical garden. All
the units are equipped as follows: • individually regulated air
conditioning, • fridge, • individual safe(at reception
for standard and terrace rooms), • direct telephone, •
television, • hair dryer, • electric razor power point.
Accommodation:
Apartments Caribia : 75 45m2 units (3 apartments specially equipped for
the disabled) with a large 12 m2 terrace, furnished in rattan and equipped
with one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge,
hot plates, kitchen utensils) on the terrace. • 61 apartments
with a 140-cm double bed in the bedroom and a hideaway sofa-bed consisting
of two single beds in the living room. • 14 apartments with two
90-cm beds in the bedroom and a hideaway sofa-bed consisting of two single
beds in the living room.
Restaurant: The Yole :
Situated close to the Amandiers swimming pool, the restaurant seats 160.
The contemporary cuisine offered is of Creole inspiration, presented buffet
style or in the form of ”à la carte” menus.
This service is open from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. for breakfast, from 12.15
p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 7. 30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. for dinner.
The Pelican : The Pelican restaurant, with its opening on to the
swimming pool, the sea and the garden of the Amyris hotel, seats 120, 50
of which are in the air-conditioned restaurant.
This service is open from 6.45 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. for breakfast, from 12.15
p.m. to 1.45 p.m. and from 7. 30 p.m. to 09.45 p.m. for dinner. Le
Sikrié : Snack located in Amyris garden, with a large and
nice sea view, open from 11.OO a.m to 5.00 p.m. Fast food and fresh drinks
are proposed. The Iles : Opened to the Caribia swimming
pool, it welcomes clients only for breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
(may be closed in low season).
Bars:
Baril du Rhum : Situated close to the Amandiers swimming pool,
it is open from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
The Pelican : Situated at the entrance to the Pelican restaurant,
this bar is open from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m ( Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
and Sunday) and from 5.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. every evening.
For your different events, meetings, seminars, congresses,
weddings and banquets, our hotel complex offers several spaces that can
be adapted to suit you.
These function rooms are air conditioned, equipped with sound systems, soundproofed
and fitted with comfortable, functional furniture.
They can be equipped with different installations, such as a telephone and
all the basic material required (overhead projector, screen, paper board
stand, etc…).
LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES
Our hotel complex offers a wide range of activities that are orchestrated
by competent, attentive coordinators. Free services : 3
fresh-water swimming pools with a paddling pool for children, sun-beds and
sunshades around the swimming pools, loan of beach towel (with deposit),
loan of flippers, diving mask and snorkel (with deposit), petanque court,
tennis with lighting (2 courts), board games, table tennis table, games

A weekly programme is established by our coordinator. Activities also take
place depending on the season: folk ballet, “aperitif” games,

IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT
Our hotel complex is right beside two beaches with white sand, near Ste
Luce with its fishermen and its seaside restaurants.
The Trois-Rivières distillery is situated in an area of historic
interest in the middle of the sugar cane plantations.
The Montravail forest, 5 km from the centre of Ste Luce, where one can take
part in sports and walks and admire the rocks that were engraved by the
Caribbean Indians.
