General conditions of travel and contract The conditions and modalities
mentioned below are an integral part of the contract between you who are
travelling and us. The conditions and remarks mentioned in our offers also
apply.
1. REGISTRATION AND SIGNATURE OF CONTRACT The travel agency is our adviser
and our representative. It sends us your request for booking. Our confirmation
to your tavel agency provides evidence of this. If your payment is not received
in due time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
2. PRICE2.1. Booking chargesIf you book only hotel services, without long-distance
flight, we will charge booking charges as follows: between CHF 50 and CHF
150 for each request.2.2 Price increaseIf there is an increase in the cost
of transport, due to an increase in the cost of petrol, the imposition of
new taxes or an increase in the present ones - such as airport taxes -,
changes in exchange rates, value-added taxes, we reserve the right to increase
our prices. The increase will be calculated on the basis of the additional
expenses and the administrative costs of a maximum of CHF 50. If our price
increase is above 10%, you have the right to terminate your contract within
five days.
3. PAYMENTAt the time of booking, you are required to make a down payment
of 50% for each passenger. The balance has to be paid 30 days before the
scheduled date of the trip. However for special offers, payment has to be
made between 45 to 60 days before the scheduled date of departure. If the
registration for a trip takes place less than 30 days before the trip, the
whole amount has to be paid at the time of registration. If payment is made
to your travel agency, we will be made accountable only as from the time
the payment reaches us.
4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONAdministrative costs for cancellation or
modification amount to CHF 60 per person and a maximum of CHF 120 for an
order. These administrative costs are not covered by certain insurance companies.
In addition to the administrative costs, you will have to bear the cancellation
costs which are as follows: a) Flights onlyThe minimum costs for the cancellation
of a final booking amount to CHF 300 per person. Additional costs coming
from our service providers may also have to be paid. b) Flights with ground
arrangement
4.1 Up to 60 days before the departure, the cost amounts to CHF 120 per
person if the tickets have not been issued. Refer to point 4a. Less than
60 days before services were due to start, the following conditions will
apply :60% between 30 to 15 days before the departure75% between 14 to 7
days before the departure90% between 6 to 1 day before the departure100%
on the day of departure or if the person is not present at the time of departure.
